I’m not embarrassed to admit, that many years ago just after my daughter was born, I had a very intimate relationship with stress and anxiety – they literally stole 3 years of my life. I went as far with stress and anxiety as you can go before you fall off the cliff edge. It was horrific.
Through study, fitness and a lot of self-care, I managed to fight my way back to health without the assistance of drugs and turned all of that pain into the power I needed to build an even better version of myself. This is why I am one of the most positive people you will ever meet. When you lose everything and manage to pull it back around, your perspective completely changes – and life becomes a miracle!
Now I feel blessed, and truly grateful for my horrific experience because it made me become the incredibly strong and healthy person I am today. My illness is the reason I changed my career and studied so hard to become the most experienced and qualified coach in the field of health and wellbeing.
