If you’ve been on a course with me before, or feel you have a pretty good grasp of your health, diet and exercise but want someone to check in on you regularly to keep you on track, this monthly M.O.T service is perfect for you.
You can meet me once a month, (either face to face or over the phone) and go through all aspects of your health and fitness with a fully qualified professional.
This is a less intense form of coaching and accountability, that allows you full control over your lifestyle but with the knowledge that once a month you need to check in with your body stats, food diaries and get help with anything you need support with.
A typical appointment covers:
Stress check and questionnaire
Food diary analysis
Then you will receive 3 new personalised training programmes each month
A pack of brand new recipes each month
Open and free discussion about any stress or worries you may have
