I don’t know about you, but most people I’ve spoken to would describe the last 12 months as something similar to “being kidnapped in the middle of the night out of your nice warm bed by a giant clown, then being handcuffed in your jimjams to the worlds largest rollercoaster which spun you around backwards in the dark on loop.”

Weird – Confusing – and if we are totally honest – scary!

There are some similarities that bind us though, we have all felt common emotions like fear, anxiety, frustration, uncertainty, loss and sadness so it’s also true to say you are not alone in that respect.

I’ve been coaching for a very long time, and the funny thing is, most people I’ve met, actually know roughly what they want and how to do it, but for whatever reason they just don’t. Until they get a coach.

Simply put coaching is “the fastest route from where you are to where you want to be.”
